    Early indications are positive

    Years of going up and down hills and doing martial arts, in addition to natural aging has taken its toll on many of my joints, in particular my knees. Previously having tried Seven Seas active joint capsules I didn’t notice any effect other than a, possibly coincidental, increase in heartburn. I only started using these tablets about a week ago and was surprised that after two hours of taekwondo yesterday, with a lot of sitting stances, my knees seem to be fine this morning, whereas normally I would tend to be suffering from a limp due to a particularly bad right knee.

    Again, this could be coincidence, but normally I would definitely be feeling some form of knee pain after that amount of “punishment”, so will currently put his down to the tablets. I will continue to take them and update this review accordingly if I note any reoccurence of my knee problem. If only they worked for plantar fasciitis – just another joy of aging 🙂 .

    The tablets are quite large, but easily enough to swallow with water. Not the best taste but I tend to take with breakfast so not really an issue.

    Overall happy with the price, and the seemingly good result over such a short period of time. Hopefully will continue to allow me to keep up my physical activities.

    It works
    I’ve was suffering with extremely painful joints, mainly knees and elbows. Age & injury related. It’s definitely helped me with both. Old, restrictive and painful knees and an injured, loose, clicking elbow.

    It took around 2-3months/8-12 weeks of consistent use, along side omega 3-6-9 but I’m finally able to move without discomfort.
    My joints don’t feel fatigued and tired anymore. I’m absolutely delighted!! Obviously I’ll continue use now, but really wish I’d known about body/joint health sooner. They should teach it in schools!

    The tablets are a bit bulky, but shouldn’t be too difficult for anyone who takes omega 3-6-9 as they’re around the same size.

Habe mir Sicherheit noch 2 Dosen bestellt falls die eingestellt werden oder von der Pharma verboten werden mittlerweile gibt es nur mehr 1000mg statt 1500mg keine Ahnung warum ein Freund musste die OP für das Knie absagen .Da keine schmerzen mehr.
